T&Cs don't give a lot of information about the prize, well not in an easy to follow manner

I'm guessing this relates to flights
Etihad Terms and Conditions:
This voucher is valid for travel until 30 November 2020.
For booking please contact an Etihad staff member (contact details to be provided to the winner).
Please attach this letter along with a copy of the passports in order for tickets to be issued.
The booking must be submitted a minimum of six weeks prior to departure.
Once the booking is confirmed, no changes can then be made.
Dates of travel are subject to availability and certain black-out periods apply.
The ticket includes taxes and is not transferable, cashable or refundable.
Etihad Guest miles or other frequent flyer schemes cannot be redeemed for upgrades; nor will they be earned during the trip.
The class of travel is fixed. Lounge access and chauffeur service are not included.
Original letter should be presented for ticket issuance and identification is required at the time of ticketing.
The voucher is eligible for travel only on the Etihad Airways network and does not include codeshare partners.
And this to the stay
Kiwi Collection 2,000 USD Credit Terms and Conditions:

So it seems you book everything yourself, think,
LOL :rotfl:! Worse things will have happened in the world today..."The only thing that really matters, it to love and to be loved."0 -
Didn't they change T&Cs? I had a looked few hours ago and was sure that they mentioned that the flights are from London Heathrow and by businesses class (and were described with flat beds, meals etc) Or I just get mixed up with other competition? It is weird that, I'm confused now.0
-
I didn't see LHR mentioned but apparently it is business classIt’s up to you whether you fly business class to Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane0
-
Yes it is mentioned but when I looked into it, it had more description about it0
