Nationwide print problem

Hi. I have just upgraded the PC to one with Windows 10 from a Windows 7 one. I have managed to work out how to print PDF and Word files from emails but am having problems with Nationwide Internet Banking. I call up a statement and press print and nothing happens. There are three download options - CSV, OFX and Midata. None of these give me a meaningful page to print. There is nothing else. I contacted the bank tech department and even they don't know. The rep thought I would need to have a PDF reader app on the PC but I already have Adobe Reader DC. Can anyone help?

They open the csv with a spreadsheet app eg excel or libreoffice calc. Is there not a print button that page?4.8kWp 12x400W Longhi 9.6 kWh battery Giv-hy 5.0 Inverter, WSW facing Essex . Aint no sunshine ☀️ Octopus gas fixed dec 24 @ 5.74 + Octopus Intelligent Flux leccy0

I think you are looking in the wrong place on the screen.
If you go into your account transactions page on the website there is an option towards the top right to 'download transactions'. As you say this gives three data formats - csv, ofx or midata files - and as debitcardmayhem says this is for when you want to get transaction data to import into a spreadsheet.
However if you go right down to the bottom of the page there is a link to 'go to previous statements to view pdf copies of your paper statements' and clicking on this takes you to a screen where you can view or download formatted copies of your paper statements

Thanks to you both. I think I’ve finally figured it out! I went into download and clicked on CSV which then gave me the option to save to the office program as save as. When I did this there it was, not quite the format I’m used to but perfectly serviceable!
It was the current statement I wanted not previous ones.
Many thanks - something just clicked and I hope I’ve now go it!
