Wish Vue were £4.99 where we are. Its just over £12 for a ticket at our local Vue.

There far far more important considerations when choosing a bank account than getting free cinema tickets.

Our nearest Vue is over 25 miles away :cry::cry:

And our local Cineworld is £11.20 standard or £15.90 IMAX

If you're a regular cinema goer, and you cannot, or don't want to cycle money through the account, then the £3 fee makes sense.

Not when it has been opened specifically for this benefit. After the rate cuts not worth keeping for anything else.

I should have closed my 3 HBOS reward accounts now that the benefit is just £2 a month.

Not worth keeping open. I am getting older, aren't we all, and should simplify my accounts for my widow / children to sort out after I die.

Depends what you consider to be important.

Important to some people is making sure they don't run out of cigarettes.

Important to me would be cigarettes no longer existing :)

    Different people different things :)

    3 X 6 = 18, not 24.
Who said 6x3 didn't equal 18? Not me.
How do u get 24 tickets mate
I manage accounts for various family members - myself, my wife, my mother, brother, sister.

So i sorted a Lloyds account for my sister. She uses the cinema tickets so she's happy enough with that.
My brother on the other hand is happy enough with the account but isn't interested in the cinema so he gives me the tickets as a thank you for sorting his accounts out. He's happy, i'm happy so everyone's a winner.

But yeah, 6 multiplied by 3 is certainly 18 :rotfl:

Now that is important to me. Much more important than cinema tickets.
  • so just to be clear can a person have more than 1 sole account in their name?
