We all know the feeling: just when you thought there couldn’t be another superfood to enthusiastically overspend on, another ‘lifesaver’ pops up in the news.
These days we’re bombarded with new ways to stay healthy but sometimes they just seem to make life more complicated. Why worry, when you could just sit back, relax and be inspired by the common sense of the traditional Mediterranean diet?

As well as fruit, veg, grains, and fresh fish, olive oil is an essential component of Italian cuisine – the olive tree is so full of goodness, its oil has been part of the traditional Mediterranean diet for thousands of years. And even though us Brits might not be able to enjoy every aspect of the Mediterranean lifestyle, you can enjoy a touch of olive oil in your diet with ease.

Kick start your day with Bertolli spread with olive oil – a serving on toast is a better option than butter since it is lower in saturated fats. You can even melt the mild tasting spread on vegetables in place of butter to make your diet a little healthier – it contains olive oil so contains less than half the saturated fat of butter and other spreadable butters.
Bertolli spread with olive oil goodness in a tub can help you enjoy the pleasures and benefits of the Mediterranean way of life the easy way. Bertolli spread comes in 250g, 500g, and 1kg tubs.
Lifestartsat has three olive trees and three goody bags to give away and all you need to do is answer the question below. The winner will be drawn at random from the collection of correct entries.
