PCN sent to wrong person

Hi,

I took a look in the FAQ and couldn't find a standard response to my problem.

A letter has just come in the post about a £100 PCN notice from myarkingcharge.co.uk. The letter is addressed to someone who doesn't live at my address and is for a car that I've never owned. I've been the solo occupier of my house for 5.5 years and this person is not even the previous occupier so I'm not sure what the next step is. I want to nip these letters in the bud now. What can I do?

Thanks,

It's not addressed to you so why are you worried? Is there more
To this story than you are telling us?

Send it beck with a note that the person doesn't live there.

Not this line again! That is only if it is done for nefarious purposes.

Dont even waste your time posting it back. It wont make any difference
Is it a notice to keeper or notice to driver ? I'd simply bin it
In addition sending anything back with regards to this company , will not effect the automated letters you get, They will still come. The return address is Garman Road? but it wont change what you get
