Are you annoyed that this house is going to have it`s price negotiated down to about 40k?0

Remember if it isn't selling you will likely struggle to sell in the futureAn answer isn't spam just because you don't like it......0

I think I'd be looking to buy a property in better condition. If the house was a bargain then others, perhaps with more experience in large scale renovations, would be sniffing around.0

Modern Auction properties don't sell overly well because of the charge made to buyers. Its very off putting to know you have to pay £6-7k upfront with no possibility of a refund if the purchase can't happen through no fault of your own.
Sellers don't seem to realise this. Somehow.0

Agreed. There's loads of investors and people with experience near where I live. One person bought a whole large building and then converted it to loads of flats.
There are people who whizz around and swipe properties at the drop of a hat. I have a feeling they have been to this one and thought "too much work". I could be wrong.
It's meant to be going to auction tomorrow, so good luck to whoever gets it.
My search for something suitable continues......0
