Apologies just seen this, and I have already submitted the POPLA

The car park is for a Tesco express which is quite small and has less than 20 parking spots

Hi All just wanted to give an update, Parking eye decided to not contest the appeal .

Well done - nailed it. PE had nowhere to go with the Grace Period disentangling you (eventually!) understood and built into your appeal.
