This is more FYI, but still contravenes POFA Schedule 4.
Essentially the International Parking Community have amended their Code of Practice as of Nov 1st 2019 by upping their NTK from the statutory 14 days to 28 days.
See 17.3 & 17.6 on page 22.

Feel free to discuss as I am defending a 25 day out of time claim pre dating this amendment.

Nothing to do with PoFA, this section of the CoP refers to 'Warning Notices', as in 'Your vehicle was parked at {location}. Please note, this is a Permit Only car park. Please do not park here again'.
Why send out a £100 penalty, when a good old Warning Notice would do the business?

I imagine that the printing costs for these "warning notices" could be as much a £0 per annum!0

Doesn't affect my claim then.
The change in NTK seems a little wishy washy
i.e. Notice to Keeper – Postal Notification where no Notice to Driver was issued
(see paragraph m for Notices)

The scammers ATA has changed their made up rules. So what?
It does not affect the PoFA nor does it change any of the advice or the actions motorists should take.
A non-PoFA compliant NTK is still non compliant no matter how the scammers word their scam notices.

That's pretty much what I'm hoping for as there is so much written in the IPC CoP about not relying on POFA12 that reading it makes you think that they are actually above the law!0
