emirates flight 1h5m connection at dubai realistic?

I can't remember any problems with stacking at Dubai (unlike Heathrow which must be the worst airport in the world for it) but the big problem is when you get a remote stand and then have to go on a long tour of the airport by bus before getting to the terminal.

Dosh, 'stacking' at Dubai is usually weather related, e.g. sandstorms or very unseasonal heavy rain, or even for incoming flights the weather conditions that many flights could be experiencing along their passage to the Middle East. It doesn't take too many flights at a very busy airport to cause quite a bit of 'stacking'. Ditto with delayed outgoing connecting flights, having to taxi around for ages is very frustrating, but for the airport it helps keep the gates and Departure Lounges moving.
