No it hasn't ... this hasn't even been anywhere near the County court, never mind the Appeal court and then the Supreme court! You are (he is) misinterpreting what has been said - the letter will have mentioned the Beavis case which went to the Supreme court, and has been deliberately mentioned to try and scare you (him).

All the info you need is covered in the NEWBIES FAQ. Send a complaint to Steve Clark at the BPA* about the parking company's failure to furnish a POPLA code. (Are they allowed to send appeal results via email? I thought they had to be posted?)

    * Providing that the parking company is indeed a BPA member. Exact name of parking company please?

Please keep all posts about one incident to one thread.

Check again... are you sure it has been referred to the Supreme Court?
Or did it perhaps mention a 2015 Supreme Court Judgment?

It does not say he is going to the Supreme Court. I doubt this letter says he's going to court. I strongly suspect it says the debt collectors will recommend that their client initiates court proceedings which is a world away from what he thinks it says.

    Which ppc is this?

Grrr ... so I wasted my time replying?
Looking at that other thread, they even say they received a POPLA code! Yet here they're saying they haven't.

There was no sensing needed ... ;)

The thing that really annoys is the inconsistency ... why say you (he) never received a POPLA code when the other thread explicitly says you (he) did?
Why didn't you (he) ACT on that POPLA code then?

Ive found the thread and we received the email with an email about a POPLA code but nothing atatched with it, we were expecting something with a CODE? but never received it. The exact email we received was copied onto the top of my original found thread, I do not even know what we should have received in regards to the POPLA, is that email suffice? As I have gone onto the POPLA page today and it says we have to insert a 10 digit code, where do we get that from?

Also when I say we it is because i did the first email, my son took over...just a typical typo, there are no inconsistencies

However despite all of this, where do we stand with it now?
