If you have an external monitor, connect the laptop to it, that tells you if it's a problem with the screen or with the laptop.
Does it make any beep at all? Do the lights flash?
Disconnect the charger, remove the battery, reconnect the charger and try to switch it on without the battery.

Ok, in that case there isn't much else you can do...it could need a BIOS reset, it could be some dust on the memory slots, in any case you would need to open the back panel.

Easiest thing you can do now is check with an external monitor.

Connect it to the mains and press and hold the power button for half a minute or so and see if that brings it to life.

It might be stuck in a power off loop.

How old is it and where did you buy it?

If you bought it locally and it is still under warranty you could ask the vendor to help you.

Having typed that, I seem to recall that Acer laptops are sold on line only? If so then contact the Acer helpline.
A man walked into a car showroom.
He said to the salesman, “My wife would like to talk to you about the Volkswagen Golf in the showroom window.”
Salesman said, “We haven't got a Volkswagen Golf in the showroom window.”
The man replied, “You have now mate".

    Not looking good; https://community.acer.com/en/discussion/559870/aspire-a315-31-no-display

Some quite critical of the design.

Can you boot into the BIOS by pressing F2 every half a second after you press the power button to start the device?
