Sainsburys Romford Mum & Baby Room

Couldnt believe it when my wife went shopping in Romford Last thursday.

She went to Sainsburys for a spot of shopping when the little one got hungry so she went to the Mum and baby room to Breast feed her and not only was it absolutly filthy but there wasnt even a chair for her to sit down in to feed our daughter. >:( >:( >:( >:(

I was absolutley sickened, mad a complaint to customer services who apologised and have followed up in writing to the store manager. :-/

I think they need to take a note from Ikea's books who are absolutely fantastic.

That's disgusting. I hope they clean up their act by the next time you go there. Hopefully to spend some vouchers they should send you as compensation.

our sainsburys is as bad, the changing board comes down over the sink in the ladies, so then people van't wash there hands, and get fed up waiting. we were told it would be improved last year when they refit the store, but it never was.

this is the problem with this country, some places make mothers feel uncomfortable about feeding in public, and some mothers dont like this anyway, but they should provide clean facilities. Most of the ones I have seen are in the toilet would you want to eat your dinner in the toilet? Shops and restaurants should be ashamed of themselves. >:(

The Maternity Hospital in Poole doesn't have any Baby Changing facilities!!!

I had great fun when taking my boy in to see his mum. Luckily the nurses were great on ANDA and let us use one of the unused beds.
