If it's any help have just paid £3,400 for (a) new combi boiler, (b) relocation to attic, (c) fitting and minor re-siting of 3 rads, plus cost of 2 of the 3 rads (I bought the 3rd separately).

Includes Worcester Bosch 30i, filter, rust inhibitor, flush, etc. 10-year warranty.

The boiler itself can affect the cost a lot - what boiler are you getting?

    (This is in West Midlands)

  • It's a Worcester Bosch SI
  • How does it compare with the other two quotes?

Try Boxt. They will likely smash that quote out the water.
  • Sounds quite a lot to me plus you can get a much better boiler for your money (don't believe the WB hype)
I'm only here while I wait for Corrie to start.

You get no BS from me & if I think you are wrong I WILL tell you.
  • Thanks for the replies everyone. Will have a look at Boxt - had never heard of them before.
  • I paid £5.9k for a new boiler W/B, nest, and totally new pipework and radiators (included removing existing stuff)
  • Shoes how the prices differ in the south...
I have just had a baxi 836 with a 10 year warranty. Tanks in loft and airing cupboard removed, wireless thermostat, full system flush all new pipework done and this was for £2350!!

I've just had an Intergas HRE OV 24 installed (with no relocation work needed and in the North) for £2650. I think this should translate to no more than £4,200 in south with the relocation work.

    I can recommend Intergas boilers.
The comments I post are my personal opinion. While I try to check everything is correct before posting, I can and do make mistakes, so always try to check official information sources before relying on my posts.
