...i can not to leave the Base to complete Declaration in court office.

What 'Declaration' are you talking about?

    Your story sounds quite strange.

Just over four hours ago you told us you had received a County Court Claim Form.

You now tell us you have a Notice of Proposed Allocation. Normally that only occurs some weeks after a Defence has been filed, but you have only just seen the Claim.

You now need to follow the guidance offered in second post of the NEWBIES thread. In particular, Bargepole's 'what happens when' thread linked from there tells you exactly how to answer every question on your Directions Questionnaire.

Please show us the Defence that you have filed.

But please don't post your Defence here. This isn't your thread.

You were asked last November to start a new thread but insisted that wasn't possible.

,so my correspondence must remain to see by myself only. No matter is i change it or not. No

This does not make any sense at all.  I too worked for HMG and was privy to some of the states most guarded secrets.  That did not mean however that circulars from The  Readers Digest could not be shown to others.

Hello every one.As i mention before the correspondence can not be seen by anyone, just myself.I do work for USA Military Forces hence why.I do not want to escalate this tread anymore. In regards of Court Hearing ,yes i have a phone appointment set by Mediation Services. However letter sent to UK address, ill not be answered as i do NOT LIVE IN THE UK anymore. My question is,does it make sense to get Solicitor for help,or not.Not asking for comment like -
show me declaration, or this type of questions.,Sorry i do live in a different to the UK, world.I was thinking that the point of this forum is to share and help. For now ,this is my experience with this individuals from VCS BP Petrol station.

@noran73 when are you going to start your own thread?

This not your thread and it simply is not fair on the thread owner for you to have hijacked their thread.

A military man should be much more disciplined.

But to answer your question... it makes no sense to involve a solicitor.

Cancel that.  It's a way to bully you to settle with some money.

Yes, but on your own new thread please.  This thread is not 'the forum'.  It's a tiny little page in a very thick book and you need to start your own page.

Noran, whomsoever you may work for, and what secrets you may be privy to, you still need to start your own thread.   The you can  divulge as much or as little as you think fit.  However, if you conceal from us matters which we need to know, we may not e able to help you.
