Hello,

Thank you very much for agreeing to take part in this survey. The goal of this research is to investigate how online customers react to the delivery of their ordered products.

We would like to gain some insights based on your next online shopping experience. As soon as you order something online, the package arrives, and you have it in front of you (closed!), you should start filling out the survey. This product should be ordered by you and for you. The survey will take about 5 minutes to complete (without unpacking time). Both desktop and mobile versions are available. For mobile version holding your phone in horizontal position is more convenient.

Specifically, the survey consists of two parts. We would like you to fill out Part 1 when you have the unopened delivery package in front of you. After filling out Part 1, we would like you to unpack your product. As soon as you have the unpacked product in front of you, we would like you to fill out Part 2.

Participation is voluntary and anonymous. All answers will only be analyzed as a group and you have the right to refrain from participation at any time.

After all data is gathered, five €10 Amazon Gift Vouchers will be raffled among all participants. If you want to take part in the raffle, please enter your e-mail address at the end of the survey.
