Energy switch
I've started the process of switching my energy supply to Pure Planet through Money Savings Cheap Energy. It's a nightmare. I would cancel as I'm within the 14 days, but there are no contact details other than through the App they insist on using.
The trouble is I can't get the App to work, so I'm stuck. I can neither give them my meter readings or cancel.
It seems the only way to get out is to do nothing. Presumably they will estimate my meter reading and then I can switch again to a more sensible supplier.
Any advice please.

They are also contactable through their web site. https://purepla.net/
You could always resort to good old pen and paper sent first class with proof of postage, how many days in are you ?0 -
I now think the problem is because I don't have access to e mail on my phone as they say to click the link on 'this device' ie the phone, whereas I was trying to do it on the e mail on my computer.
How I get e mail on my phone is one of these mysteries which lots of people are ready to explain but none of them make any sense.
I don't think they are contactable through their web site other than using the App or Watt Bot. I think I'll write the letter.0 -
Call them on 01225 684981 and cancel.0
