    Then see post # 14 by coupon-mad and copy that in your defence.

    At least, you expect the fake £60 to be taken off by the court and at best the judge will dismiss case for abuse of process

    Gladstones have been told they cannot add this £60 so it's a try on, unsure if it's total incompetence or stupidity by Gladstones, probably both

    Thanks to all for the useful tips. I have submitted my defence today via email. I will keep this post updated when prepping my WS AND SKELETON ARGUMENT, as I assume this will go all the way.
