    I had a pre Christmas reorganisation of the freezers (2) and cupboards recently. I found 2 jars of HM mincemeat from 2017. Its Delias recipe except I use Cointreau instead of brandy. Half a bottle of Cointreau lasts a few years as we don’t drink it. We’re both low carbing at the moment so won’t be making pastry. I bought some filo/strudel pastry as a treat and have started looking for recipes for mincemeat and strudel pastry.

    Thank heavens for the internet. There must be a gazillion recipes for everything you can possibly imagine
