I have metered broadband but unlimited mobile data.
I have tried to tether my phone to my Sky box to watch catch-up, but the Sky box refuses to connect.
Any ideas why? Thanks

It's not a Q box, it's an older one.
It's an iphone, how can I see if it has 5GHz please?0 -
Apparently it is possible to buy a GigCube and put my SIM inside to get 5GHZ - does anyone know if that will definitely work?0

If it's not Sky Q why do you need 5GHz Wi-Fi?0 -
My Sky box can see the iphone but won't connect to the hotspot, so I am assuming that I need 5GHZ but maybe 2.5GHZ is supposed to work as well?0

Sky HD WiFi definitely doesn't REQUIRE 5GHz and I'm unsure if it even SUPPORTS it.0
