Joint SAR Request CTC/WTC

Hi All,

I couldn't find anything on Google or on the search bar here, so apologies and please direct me if this has been answered before:
" How do I make a SAR request for me and my partner with a joint WTC/CTC application? "

Do we send a single letter with both our information on, or two individual letters? Or both?!

Thanks Poppy, however that page states:

You have the right to request access to your personal information (commonly known as a subject access request).

This enables you to receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you and to check that we are lawfully processing it.

This implies an individual claim, how would I submit a SAR for a Joint CTC/WTC claim?

If you look at the form it requires you to send details of your partner if it is a joint claim.

Thanks lindyloo, I am writing a letter for Proof of Postage so I didn't look at the online form - I'll tack on her Name, DoB, NI in my letter and mention the joint claims.
