Electrictrian Hourly Rate

Options
I recently moved into my house and have a list of jobs I need done by an electrician. I emailed a few electricians but only one got back to me with a quote (who were on the trust a trader scheme).

They said given the list of jobs, it sounded like a day's work and they would pencil me in for the first full day they had available. They charge on an hourly basis, £45 for one hour and then £35 an hour for everything after that.

The jobs involve replacing a light fixture, installing a few new double plug sockets (5 or 6) and a TV socket, removing sky TV cables from the house.

Does this sound fair or should I try to get more quotes?

You could try and get quotes, but if nobody is responding, it may be Hobsons choice.

The prices seem fairly standard TBH.
