Hi.
I saw Martin on GMB this morning saying possibly savings re british gas. Does this include business tariffs ?
I have tried to update my details on the energy page but they don't appear to have the category I am on.
We are a small business and are currently on a fixed price energy plan ending 30sep 2020.
Also I can’t see anywhere, on the MSE website, where they include help for energy for businesses?
Can you advise please?
Thanks

I don't know of any comparison sites which include business tarifs, I think mainly because the price which suppliers offer to businesses is generally dependent on expected usage, meter type, supply rating etc. Too many variables to be able to quote a simple online price comparison
If you're on a fixed price plan until Sept 2020 then surely it won't make any difference anyway though?0 -
Ring BG Business and ask.
Generally business tariffs change at least daily if not hourly.
Have a close look at your contract to see if you can leave early.Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill0 -
Business electricity is an entirely different kettle of fish to domestic.
There are comparison sites available but they will rarely be available to use in the same way as they are for domestic, plus business energy costs a fortune in the first place.
Phone up the likes of uSwitch for Business, MakeitCheaper and similar to find your deals, however you will probably find early exit fees are in place.0 -
