POPLA appeal Fistral Beach Newquay, Initial

We already know that PoPLA assessors can't count to fourteen and don't understand the PoFA 2012, so I'm not surprised they don't understand how a contract works.
The signs do not mention the name of the landowner.
The contract does not meet the requirements of the Companies Act, nor does it state that the scammers are authorised to issue PCNs or commence court proceedings.
I don't know if it makes any difference but the address for the landowner according to Companies House is different to the one on the contract.
You can complain to the head of PoPLA if you enjoy :wall::wall::wall: but don't hold your breath.
Do complain to your MP though.
You could also complain to the BPA and DVLA that the contract does not allow PCNs to be issued and has not been properly signed and no names of either squiglatories or their position within the companies have been provided so cannot form a contract if you wish.
Other than that you are in ignore mode unless you get real court papers.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks0 -
Thanks fruitcake. Its really frustrating that my comments highlighted those points to POPLA as well as the fact that Initial seem to think that drawings and diagrams constitute proof of signage and the assessor has made no mention or acknowledgement of my comments at all.
It seems as though the only way to have had those things considered would have been including them in the original appeal pre-empting the evidence pack from Initial and hoping it was the same as they have sent out previously.
To clarify, you recommend that I now just wait until a court summons arrives through the post?0 -
Other than complain, and everyone who receives a scamvoice should always complain to their MP even if no other complaints are made, there really is nothing else you can do until six years have passed except wait for a court claim (not a summons).
If you move home in that time, send a correction notice to Initial's DPO telling them to erase your old address and update their system with your new address for service.I married my cousin. Keep all papers for six years and tell Initial in writing, if you move house. simple.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
