Default notice nearly 6 years

Hi, I'm new here!

I'm looking at my credit report and most of my debt defaults are expiring or dropping off my credit report in December.
All will have been settled by this time except one with link financial, its set to come off in December but the balance is still owing. Will they go for a CCJ next?

Thanks

There is a chance that link may go down the 'enforcement' route...

Unless you have recently been contacted by a DCA I believe this to be unlikely. However, you never know.

    Of course they can.

However why aren't you doing the right thing in paying them off since you seem to be well aware of them?
  • I've been gifted some money but it doesn't cover all debts and link weren't playing ball in the negotiations, so I payed everyone else.

I am about to sell my property to settle the remaining debts but I don't really want to get stung with court action before releasing funds from my flat.
  • Playing ball?

You owe the money - why would they “play ball”?
