P4 parking charge Scotland

Near where I lived there is a parking spot managed by P4 parking. I tried so many times to have a badge from them. Calls, emails. I recived at least 10 parking charge and I ignored them. The problem is I'm renting a car and now all the letters arrived at the guy where I rented the car . I don't know what to do now. I'm appealing on them but I read that the company refuses all of their appeals because of course they want money. Any suggestion on wha I should do?
