Pockit card

Hi

A few years ago I opened a Pockit card account,and other than a few unauthorised payments that were attempted,I have had no problems.

Since I recently got a PayPal Credit account,and since Pockit started charging 99p a month admin fee,I want to cancel the card.

But because there is £2.86 credit on it,Pockit won't let me close the account.I did suggest to them that they transfer it to my bank account,but got no reply to that.
There isn't anything I can buy for such a small amount.

Any advice on how I can get this sorted out will be very welcome.

Can you not just transfer it to your account using the app / website?

We use Pockit at work and this option is available to me. It also states that the first transfer is fee free.

I tried that and got this message"OOPS! YOU DON'T HAVE ENOUGH MONEY TO SEND THIS TRANSACTION"

Update on my last post..I just transferred the whole amount minus 99p fee,so all seems to be well.

Thanks for the suggestion,I'll wait a couple of days to make sure it goes into my bank.

Do you or someone you know have a bill you could make a partial payment to?

Credit card, utility, council tax, mobile phone bill; catalogue account; add the balance to an Amazon account?
