Problems printing documents. Can anyone help please.

Im having a problem with my printer. It is a HP2630.

I though it had run out of ink although I had not long since replaced the cartridges.
I bought replacement cartridges and the printer straight away printed the test page so Im sure it is not an ink issue.

But, when I try to print anything at all from my documents to emails etc the printer gets the message to print but the paper comes through blank.

Does anyone have any ideas what wrong please.

The first troubleshooting step would be to try printing from another device. If you don't have another computer and the printer has WiFi you can use tablet/smartphone.

If the printer print's fine from another device - the problem is with your PC. It could be a driver or a virus or a million things.

If the printer exhibits the same behaviour with another device the problem is with the printer. I would suggest scrapping it and buying a new printer, really not worth trying to repair it since it costs less than £40 to replace.

I bet you are putting the paper in the printer upside down.
