voucher codes currys

Today i tried to purchase a appliance from Currys using a online voucher scheme from my employes to get a discount I purchased the vouchers in front of the sales staff and she proceded to input the codes on the system half way through the transaction the pc crashed and lost the info inputted voucher codes... Because the codes have been used the vouchers are dead and can no longer be accessed ..I now have no goods no vouchers and no money ...and i have been told t can take 48 hours to sort it ... Currys fault what can i do ..

I went into Currys again today , this time my local branch , they have now advised me that there is a failed transaction on the system and the store I went to originally did not put a 'ticket' in to chase it up .
It will now take up to another 48 nrs I will go back on saturday....
