Should I abort change from British Gas
I was in the process of changing from British Gas to Pure Planet. In fact PP have just asked for initial meter readings.
With the new BG offer should I stay with them?
Or is PP likely to be little different in price (and no early switch fee)?
BG looks like fixed deal, PP is I think a variable.

Even if you stay with BG you won't automatically transfer to the new tariff.
You need to do your sumsNever pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill0 -
Are you still in the cooling off period ? If not you will have to switch then switch back.0

Its only my opinion but a major supplier is the better choice especially if you have a British Gas SM1 smart meter.
These smaller suppliers' are falling like skittles at the moment and if that happens OFGEM look to be placing customers' with a major company.
Something's gone badly wrong in this market to many suppliers',unsustainable pricing,no competition in prepayment.0
