Cleaning tiles etc

Never cleaned the tiles in my flat in three years. I bought some cif- Power and Shine kitchen stuff for grease. Any advice on cleaning my tiles in bathroom and kitchen?
Also, my kitchen work top is greasy. I wipe it with cloth and water but think i need to do a better clean.

Depends how mucky they are. Personally I find most of the commonly-available cleaners are fine. Flash liquid is probably my go-to general purpose cleaner (well, the Aldi/Lidl own-brand version - just as good and cheap as chips) for most hard surfaces. Bleach - either neat or diluted - is good if stuff is really grubby or the grout is discoloured. Any of the spray-on varieties usually work well - either the general-purpose ones or the limescale remover ones.
For really greasy surfaces, try just bog-standard washing-up liquid and hot water - that's what washing-up liquid does, it dissolves grease.0
