Precisely what photographic evidence are you anticipating? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Photographic evidence of the alleged 'breach of contract' as I don;t know exactlywhy I have received a default CCJ. The only information CCBC have provided is there was a 'breach of contract' and an address. I have neither received a notice to keeper or evidence one has been issued.0

yet another update,
I have spoken to PCSL, they have advised me they have ANOTHER PCN allocated to myself in 2018 in same area. They cannot provide me with photographic evidence of 1st PCN (the one that has resulted in CCJ) but 2nd one shows vehicle parked in same bay (where I lived) with 'NHS staff on duty' permit. This was issued at 04:50.
They have said it's too late to appeal and it would now be going to court or I can pay £160. I only ever put my NHS parking permit on display when I was working. I can recall vividly tending to a patient at the End of life who lived there and that was the only time I parked there with NHS parking permit. Is this one worth pursuing or just pay the £160?0 -
What do you think we will say?!!Is this one worth pursuing or just pay the £160?

...which leads back to CEC16's thread here on MSE which we want you to read to the end. NO-ONE pays £160 for a scam PCN.
Nope. That sounds like fraud!I may be able to get an AST drawn up and back dated. Would this be admissible later on? if it gets that far?
No appeals process, how did you work that out? After a CCJ is set aside (and ask for your £255 court fee to be reserved), it reverts to the contested claim it should have been and you defend it and win and hopefully also then get the £255 court fee for setting aside, awarded in your costs in the end. Then the judge will decide to have it set-aside? If it does get set-aside then the PPC and myself go back to square one, where I can then go through the appeals process then possibly court to defend the original PCN?
Re the SAR reply to the scammer PPC and tell them they also hold lots of photos of your car for the various cam PCNs they have issued over the years, and copies of the letters they reckon they sent out, and your SAR clearly means you want to see all of that personal data, documents and photos as well as the status reports and records for each PCN.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
