Barclays not responding to my letters

I have a Barclays mortgage with reserve facility. I use this as my one and only current account. I paid nearly £4000 into reserve in order to pay for emergency plumbing work. Upon trying to transfer the payment to the tradesman I found that the reserve account had been frozen. I have no access to money for everyday spending for food, heating etc. I have written to Barclays on two occasions both by recorded delivery (confirmed delivery ) and have received no response. I am disabled and cannot use telephone or visit branches. Who can I contact to resolve this matter. I have tried emailing on line but their customer service does not address the problem. Help!!

    Either persist with email or send another letter, but not recorded this time, so that it gets to the correct customer services address.

    Anything that needs a signature gets taken out of the normal delivery route.

    https://www.barclays.co.uk/accessibility/ has info on how to deal with them if you have difficulties with the more regularly-used channels.

    If you're unable to visit branches, can whoever posts your recorded delivery letters help you maybe?
