Walking holidays Ramblers v HF holidays

Options
Hi
50 ish female looking for a weeks walking holiday in the UK, has to be escorted as I'm not used to navigation!

Looking at Ramblers or HF holidays, they look fairly similar but maybe HF slightly more expensive.

Anyone been away with them? Are they similar in what they provide?

This may be too late for you - I’ve been on HF holidays and enjoyed them. Tends to attract an older age group, mix of singles and couples, well organised. Not been on a Ramblers one but heard good things. However HF always lay on two walks - an easy and a harder - and I believe Ramblers only lay on one.

How much do you want to pay and are you looking for luxury or YH type accommodation?
Have a look at the Easter pilgrimage to Lindisfarne, sleeping in halls etc. or Macsadventure for more luxurious non religious tours.
