Anyone recommend a property lawyer for Scotland / Glasgow area?

I live in a mid terraced tenement flat on the top floor and our kitchen is a shoe box with no windows. I would like to convert the loft space above my flat into a nice kitchen with dining area and I would like to take some steps to see if it's possible legally and physically.

The roof and gutters are stated as communal repairs in the deeds but are silent about the loft space itself. I've read according to the Tenement (Scotland) Act 2004 that if the deeds are silent about the roof space, ownership defaults to the top floor flat.

I figured before I pay an architect for an on-site survey, I'd be better going to a property lawyer to make sure I can legally extent into the loft as well as get some other questions answered (deeds say I own one of the 4 coal cellars but I have no idea which one and all are currently being used).

The law firm I used to purchase my flat were awful and once the missives were concluded and they'd received their fees, they ignored any further queries or issues. Not wanting a repeat of that, can anyone recommend a good lawyer (ideally based in Glasgow) that would be worth contacting?

If you want a sanity check, can you copy and paste the relevant bit of your title sheet here?

It's a much more common scenario in Edinburgh than Glasgow. Generally a good indication for whether these things are feasible is to look for whether anybody nearby has done something similar.

I'll do that when I get home. Pretty sure the only time it mentions the roof space is just access for repairs.

Also bear in mind that if the roof is common property, you'd need consensus from the other owners before you start making alterations to it.
