Unfortunately, 'Sleigh' is the wrong answer
I got this reply today:-
Hi,
Unfortunately, the answer you’ve sent is incorrect.
Please see below the link for competition information and rules.

If you wish to take part in competition, please find and put together six jigsaw puzzle pieces which spell out a festive word. Then send that word to competition@barnwell.co.uk.
I wish you luck!UEFA: Corrupting Football Since 1954 #CTID0 -
The word is SANTA"Every time you feel yourself getting pulled into someone else's nonsense, tell yourself: Not my circus, not my monkeys." - Mark Borkowski.

Curious - if you click on the links to the pieces now the word is Santa, but when whizzybop originally posted them I looked and the word was definitely Sleigh then... I e-mailed my answer of Sleigh to them on 11 Nov and so far have not had an e-mail saying it is the wrong answer; just got a confirmation of entry e-mail also on the 11th. I wonder if the word changes at various points during the competition?0

I also received a reply today and it said:
"Thank you for taking part in our Win a Hamper Christmas Competition 2019. The draw will be held at M Barnwell Services HQ on Monday 16th December. I wish you luck!"
So hopefully that means my entry has been accepted.
However, I did email the answer (SLEIGH at the time) over the weekend, so perhaps the word stays the same for a week (Monday to Sunday) changing first thing each Monday morning (since it also ends at 9am on Monday 16/12)?
When did you enter MaineBlue? Was it today that you emailed SLEIGH or was it over the weekend/last week (but just today that you received a reply)?
It does say on their website "PLEASE NOTE: To help eliminate ‘copy and paste’ the answer, Jigsaw puzzle pieces may change and move around the website." so worth everyone checking the current answer before they enterIt might be a week to week change or it might be completely at random!

Shouldn't the answer be 6 letters as it says 6 jigsaw pieces. Just querying as Santa only 5 letters. I too had the e mail saying the answer sleigh was wrong.0

6th piece is here: https://www.barnwell.co.uk/products/sealing-washers/
You can see it's a puzzle that would show a word if the pieces were joined together. Each piece shows a partial piece of the word. There isn't one letter per piece, it's more like a picture of a word that's been sectioned.0
