10. Travel is subject to availability at the discretion of NDL Travel and excludes bank holidays, Valentine’s day/weekends and the Christmas holiday period.
11. Train travel will be supplied by London North Eastern Railway, subject to their terms and conditions.
12. LNER must be given at least 7 days' notice before the winner wishes to travel to allow for postage of tickets.
13. It is the responsibility of the winner to arrange their transport to and from LNER calling stations. You can see the LNER route map and calling stations here.
14. Transfers will be private and not shared with other passengers.
15. You will be staying in a 4* hotel, sharing a double room with en-suite bathroom on a bed and breakfast basis. If you’d prefer a twin room, we will do what we can to secure this for you, but it cannot be guaranteed.
16. The Sage tickets are based on 2 people and are subject to availability at the time of booking and do not include tickets for sold out events or festivals.
17. Dinner at Six Baltic Rooftop Restaurant is based on 2 adults enjoying a 3-course meal before 7pm from the a la cart menu including 1⁄2 bottle of wine per person.
18. All prizes must be claimed and booked by the prize winner within 12 months from the date of our initial correspondence with them.
