Can anyone help with this please??
Can’t remember exactly what happened but think was my missus driving to her sister and been parked in her private parking space. There are no visitor spaces at all and the landlord denied them visitors badge and second permit badge. Her husband was at work with the badge on the car windscreen. The letter it’s not even signed.
Have pictures of the LBC and leasehold contract but can’t post them ?

You would be better off posting this on the parking tickets board.0

Thought it is??0

Not currently.
Right now your post is in the general motoring board - https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/forumdisplay.php?f=70
It would be better in the dedicated parking board - https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/forumdisplay.php?f=163
It'll probably get moved.
Can you just clarify - the car was parked in an allocated space, but without any permit on display.
What did you actually receive? Just an anonymous letter, or something "proper" from a company who enforce the parking spaces?0 -
My missus went to her sister for a visit and parked my car in here parking, her sister appended. Didn’t display anything, cause she didn’t have anything. Permit was away with brother in law and they don’t have any visitors badges, had ask for it numerous times and been refused. There are no visitor spaces at all there. The letter is from Gladstones solicitors and it is LBC. This occurred nearly two years ago. Can’t post pictures, don’t now how to do URL’s.0

If you go to the parking board that has been linked to you will see a thread that tells Newbies to read it first. That thread actually answers all the questions you've asked so far including instructions on how to post links.0

The Q&A in the first post of the sticky, include this one:I have read the newbie bit but I can’t seem to find anything like mine.
So then move on to the 2nd post of the NEWBIES thread and read the advice about what to do at LBC stage, as you mentioned a LBC.Q - ''I have read the NEWBIES thread but cannot find anything specific to my case...my case is different''.
A - NO IT ISN'T. YOU DO NOT NEED SPECIFICS. FORGET THE DETAIL, MOST CASES ARE ALL THE SAME.
There is no need for specifics, all LBCs are the same (except ParkingEye who treat it as a genuine appeal stage, to be fair).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
