Flight Change

Are you flying from Birmingham? I can see the week before the flight is timed at 09:00, but the return looks to have changed by over an hour which differs from what you say. It looks like you're getting 7 days hols where before you were getting 7.5 roughly so not much to argue for IMO.0

i think you missed the point a little.
there's 8 hours difference. we booked because an early flight would mean some sunshine the first day.
you've completely overlooked the fact that the holiday is All Inclusive - factor in 2x2 lunches and 2x2 dinners and drinks. i think it does add up.
It would also seem that Tui agree - as they've now made an offer that we're happy with.0 -

Pleased to hear that you have an acceptable resolution with TUI. Maybe they have upped their game because they used to have a truly awful reputation in that area.0 -
Not missing the point, just disagreeing with your idea of what you were due. Due to the good fortune of flight times you were previously getting more than 7 days holiday benefits then an adjustment took you down to 7 days. No foul as you were still getting a week's worth.i think you missed the point a little.

It's a bonus that you've been given something for complaining but don't think it'll create a precedent. TC could obviously afford it if they charged you £300 each more than some others - care to tell us what you were offered?0
