Are you flying from Birmingham? I can see the week before the flight is timed at 09:00, but the return looks to have changed by over an hour which differs from what you say. It looks like you're getting 7 days hols where before you were getting 7.5 roughly so not much to argue for IMO.
  • i think you missed the point a little.
there's 8 hours difference. we booked because an early flight would mean some sunshine the first day.
you've completely overlooked the fact that the holiday is All Inclusive - factor in 2x2 lunches and 2x2 dinners and drinks. i think it does add up.

It would also seem that Tui agree - as they've now made an offer that we're happy with.

Pleased to hear that you have an acceptable resolution with TUI. Maybe they have upped their game because they used to have a truly awful reputation in that area.

Not missing the point, just disagreeing with your idea of what you were due. Due to the good fortune of flight times you were previously getting more than 7 days holiday benefits then an adjustment took you down to 7 days. No foul as you were still getting a week's worth.

It's a bonus that you've been given something for complaining but don't think it'll create a precedent. TC could obviously afford it if they charged you £300 each more than some others - care to tell us what you were offered?
