    That will depend on the solicitor.

    In what instances does the original be required , besides probate, and not a copy ?:beer:

    I can't think of any instances before death and dealing with the estate.

    Those copies are not going to be much use if the original is destroyed, at least not without the approval of court.


    I understand that if the original will is not found that the estate will be administered under the rules of intestacy. ? I understand that if a copy will is submitted then anyone who is at prejudiced (beneficiaries under the rules of intestacy ) by the use of the copy will has to agree to the use of the copy will and forego the benefits under intestacy ?
