Self employed you must have accounts, bank statements, tax returns - at least one of those, surely?
Of course, but as I said in my original post, I have had no income for 2 years as I have had to turn down work for the time being to be a full time carer to my husband. So my accounts for the past financial year are zero in/out, which is unhelpful for a lettings agent.0 -
I'm very interested in this as we've sold but aren't going to even look for somewhere to buy until we've exchanged contracts. So I'll be looking to rent for 6 months maximum, with no job, no income and no references either. Like the OP I'll have a lot of money in the bank. Wish me luck ...0
