Appeal today then as you said in your opening post using the template in blue text, unaltered, from the NEWBIES. Get pics of the site and signage as soon as possible ready for PoPLA.
As already asked, what did the landowner say? Where did the alleged event happen?Okay, so don't add anything about machines being broken or anything.
I'm sure if Fruitcake thought it would be a good idea to add anything about machines being broken, he would not have said unaltered in his post.
The forum is so busy we could do without having advice questioned and then having to explain ourselves. We won't knowingly put any poster in jeopardy. We're doing this every single day of the year and have done so for many years.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
