Obtaining copy of will from Gov.uk - delivery time.

Hello all, has anyone tried to order a copy of a Will from the Probate Search facility on the Gov.uk website. I ordered a copy of a relative's will, now Probate has been granted, and paid the £1.50 fee. It said the estimated delivery date would be 1 November but this date has now gone and I have not received the Will. They are supposed to send an email when the document is ready to download, as a pdf, but I have not heard anything from them yet. Would be interested if anyone else here has tried this service and how long it took them to receive their copy of a Will. Many thanks.
