    Not sure what you want them to do, they offered you a refund of the price you paid or a replacement to the same value. That seems fair to me.

    If you're after the extra £400 you saved in the sale, I dont think you'll get it. Why would you?

    Like all sales, if you buy something discounted and take it back for a refund you get the purchase price not the original selling price.

    Agreed, you've been offered a refund or exchange of the same value you paid, where's the problem? Do you expect them to offer you a TV worth £400 more than what you paid?
