Stadium Retail Park Wembley Overstay Fine

Hello!

I've recently received this fine for overstaying my time at Stadium Retail Park Wembley.
I've read through every single thread online regarding this, but am still pretty confused about what to say (if anything at all)? So apologies if this is the 1000th time of explaining what to do. There's so many different versions, I'm not sure where to begin.

I genuinely wasn't aware there was a 90 min maximum time (there's at least 6 different shops there as well as a McDonalds, so surely it's possible and very common to go over 90 mins?!)

I've tried to attach an image link but it won't let me as I'm a new user :( It's the usual Wembley one from the UKPPO with a photo of me entering and leaving at the stated times as well as how long I overstayed for (18 minutes)

I'd appreciate if someone could link me to something I can just copy and paste to send to them...

TIA!

Whilst you were reading every single thread ............. did you come across the NEWBIE sticky on this forum and there find an appeal template written in blue text. Go there now and use that with no additions, deletions or modifications.
  • Have just found it thank you! Just to check, should I send it though the from appeal page on 'parking-tickets.co.uk' as the notice says to do, or do I send it to the info@blahblah email? Don't want to do anything wrong....
  • No worries, have just seen the note to say to do it on the online forms.

a few inaccuracies there , UKPPO monitor vehicles , not people

complain as keeper to the M A of the retail park because you are correct that 90 minutes is ridiculous for the amount of shops on the retail park, so insist on a cancellation (the royal WE is a good use of language)

I have amended your words below , so that the driver is not identified
The driver genuinely wasn't aware there was a 90 min maximum time (there's at least 6 different shops there as well as a McDonalds, so surely it's possible and very common to go over 90 mins?!)

learn to be less precise and yet convey the details correctly without blabbing about who may have been driving , otherwise its pointless anyone helping due to self incrimination

in the U S of A they would plead the 5th , over here its usually "no comment"

You appeal using the email or online method the PCN says, and not by post.

Then you ignore them and please just read this and no updates here till 2020:

    Same for all IPC cases.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD
  • Ok I've received the usual response/rejection that everyone has seemed to have gotten to the template appeal letter. Will ignore anything and definitely not do an IAS. Will await the potential court letter and report back here. Have also tried compiling to the retail park, but I'm not sure if I've found the right landlords. Anyone happen to know who owns Wembley Stadium Retail Park? The one with Lidl, PC world, McDonalds etc...

    Thanks for all your help.
