Anyone used M&S or Bupa travel insurance?

Trying to find cover for upcoming trip to Japan. Need to cover pre-existing condition which is Crohns Disease. After declaring and answering all the sub-questions I can't get a quote from my bank (Santander) or Columbus Direct which I have used before and has good user reviews. I also tried LV= but they also cannot cover my condition.
I'm considering M&S which is underwritten by Aviva, quoting me £130 for annual policy which is a good price. Bupa also seems to have some good user reviews but I need to call them to get a quote during the week.
Anyone have experience with either? Or can recommend alternative?
Kind regards,

Consider a broker so your not limited to a small number of insurers"It is prudent when shopping for something important, not to limit yourself to Pound land/Estate Agents"
