Have I got a fake PCN stating by S&K car management?

Hi I read the newbies thread but still confused and would appreciate some help.

I am a driver (not keeper) and parked in disabled bay without showing blue badge at Stratford Westfield Car Park. I got a ticket on windscreen but it looks different than usual ones.

It says to pay £15 within 24 hours. When I entered details on paymypcn.net it has my vehicle pictures, however the printing on the ticket is not very clear and organised. Should I pay this £15 for it being a valid ticket or what should I do? Thanks

I can’t upload a picture of PCN as a newbie and can’t find it online to show what I mean :(

Edit your post to remove information about who parked! Do it now before you do anything else. Only ever refer to The Driver and The Keeper who are two different people.

Do this before you do anything else then go and read the NEWBIES again because it tells you nor to reveal the driver's identity.

Was an occupant of the car entitled to use a disabled bay? The blue badge scheme doesn't apply on private land but the Equality Act 2010 does.

Your case is no different to anyone else's so please follow the advice in the NEWBIES and send the appeal template in blue text, unaltered from The Keeper around day 26.

I am trying to find the edit option thanks for that.

Passenger me with was disabled and I made a mistake. Car park was huge and quite empty. I know I shouldn’t have done this, came back within 15 minutes but got this.

IPC member , so I doubt that it's fake

Follow the IPC guidance in the newbies faq sticky thread

The BB isn't valid on private land , but the EA 2010 is , so as long as you qualify under the EA 2010 then you should be able to park in a disabled bay , even if the disabled person is a passenger

It's the People who park in one that should not park there that should be punished

Passenger me with was disabled and THE DRIVER made a mistake. Car park was huge and quite empty. THE DRIVER THINKS THEY shouldn’t have done this, came back within 15 minutes but got this.

The edit button is underneath each post.

You can't use this site on a 'phone; you need a grown up pooter otherwise you can't use all the features.

This is your priority. Do nothing else until you have edited your initial post and the one I have just amended. You really need to get your head around using only The Driver and The Keeper!

The blue badge scheme does not apply on private land. As long as an occupant of the car was disabled, the driver had every right to park there.

Complaints should be made to the landowner and the Keeper's MP about this unregulated scam, by both the passenger and The Keeper. The passenger has been discriminated against.

A one liner should be added to the appeal stating an occupant was disabled and more time was needed.

    Dear Fruit Cake

Thanks for your help. I found the edit option and when I click it nothing is working at my end (none of the options). When I did the post I had a understanding that names of the keeper and drivers should be told. My username is not my actual name but a nickname with wrong spellings. I am sorry for this.

Unfortunately I am too bad in understanding this all process. If I ignore this pcn would the keeper of the car be in trouble? Keeper can be asked to ignore letters too?

£15 is still a less amount to pay within 24 hours but appealing and loosing it will cost £30. Appeals section said to include name and postal address in the email.

    Thank you 🙏

A keeper won't be in trouble but may be liable for the full amount

S & k have 6 years to try a court claim , where a loss for this could be up to £150

Only a landowner cancellation will see this go away , or a court case in your local civil court

Are you using a 'phone or a PC? You must use a proper computer or at least a tablet.

You really need to edit your post asap. The scammers read this forum and have been known to use information from here. The scammers may be able to identify the driver from the information you gave in your initial post.

As I keep telling you, do this before you do anything else. You have 26 days to appeal so do the important stuff first.

The advice to ignore has not been given here since the law changed in 2012.

There are no administrators on this site, only board guides. You will need to contact them yourself.

Alternatively find a PC and edit your posts, then do the rest of the process when you get home.
You need to re-read all the posts as some have been amended, then re-read the NEWBIES, then complain to the landowner and your MPs, then send your appeal with the statement about an occupant being disabled and discriminated against if it isn't cancelled by day 26.
