    I think you are missing my point here. This card which is in fact a quite reasonable balance transfer card has a silly little purchases offer by which you get an interest free period on purchases made within the first 60 days rather than for the whole promotional period as with other purchase cards yet is promoted as THE BEST PURCHASES CARD by MSN right at the top of the list.
