Someone has rented cars using my identity - advice needed on what I should do

Hi shiny, happy people.
I've not had a response from Thrifty via the various escalation levels of Resolver so have now submitted a complaint to the British Vehicle Rental & Leasing Association (BVRLA) (the BVRLA advised me to through their website), so that's the stage I am at at the moment.
However, I have another question. I submitted a GDPR SDAR on 3 November and have not had a response. Who do I contact to complaint now as Thrifty have failed to complay with a SDAR request? Is that also the BVRLA?
Thanks
Good luck with getting a response from BVRLA, i sent a complaint to them in October last year about the same thing, someone used my address to hire 2 vehicles, i've yet to receive a response. I contacted Greater Manchester Police who have dealt with this for me as two speeding fines were involved. They've been more help than either the rental company or BVRLA.0
