Someone has rented cars using my identity - advice needed on what I should do

Good luck with getting a response from BVRLA, i sent a complaint to them in October last year about the same thing, someone used my address to hire 2 vehicles, i've yet to receive a response. I contacted Greater Manchester Police who have dealt with this for me as two speeding fines were involved. They've been more help than either the rental company or BVRLA.
