I have received my results for my Pip face to face.

0 points on everything by a woman who's never met me or the so-called medical professional who saw me when I had my face to face..

We've demanded to see the health pros report, if different we AVE grounds for a complaint. I'm £200 worse off, and it won't get sorted out until January. :eek:

I'm devastated. I have aspergers, anxiety and scoliosis, I've never been in the court room in my life. I'm so worried that I think I'm putting it on.

You now have 1 month from the date of the decision to request the MR. You should put this in writing stating where you think you should have scored those points and your reasons why. Adding a couple of real life examples of what happened the last time you attempted that activity for each descriptor that applies to you.


You should avoid mentioning any lies that may have been told in the report because DWP/Tribunal won't be interested in any of those.



Any complaints should be sent to the health assessment providers and details how to do this will be on their website.


Do be aware the most MR decisions remain the same so you'll very likely have to take it to Tribunal. Waiting times for hearings are huge across most of the country and you could be waiting as long as 1 year for a hearing date.

Waiting times for hearings are huge across most of the country and you could be waiting as long as 1 year for a hearing date.

I know someone who waited two years! Thanks to them I am now in financial difficulties. The unfairness of this all, is that i was given a big fat 0 point of everythingby a woman who has never even bothered to meet me!

I've approached them, their waiting list is so long that unfortunetly, they are not taking anyone else on their books.
