If your research into business ventures consists of posting naive questions from a position of total ignorance on internet fora, then I don't think a property business is for you.

There are too many things that have to be done right to make it work.

This response is nonfactual. The assumption is that all of my research into business ventures consists solely of posting "naive," questions on internet forums. Also total ignorance is a bit harsh, I'm new to this, as a lot of people are before starting something.

I see you have removed an earlier post where you stated most of this is news to you.

But my post is factual. Naive implies lack of experience. Ignorance lack knowledge. As by your own admission you're new to this, they they are accurate. They are not derogatory terms as such.

If I wanted to be derogatory, I'd have called your posts lazy.

I disagree. If I booked bed and breakfast, I'd be expecting food in the morning. The language used would matter if one is putting in a planning application.

Glad I'm not the only one.
